  • One of the achievements I feel good about is being able to continue my higher studies even after marriage. I have never stopped learning as even in my 40s I learnt a foreign language like Spanish and went all the way to Spain to complete the course. c. Being in excellent shape by doing strength training, Pilates and yoga is also an achievement I feel high about because it requires a lot of discipline and hard work.?e. Striking a perfect balance between my interests and interests of my family.?f. Giving birth and raising two beautiful souls (daughters) shaping them into confident, responsible, independent human beings.

  • True beauty is the amalgamation of healthy mind, body and soul. A healthy soul is that which listens to its conscience and act accordingly, a healthy mind is a positive mind and a healthy body is well nourished and exercised body and together they make a beautiful human being.?

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • A happy and healthy family is one that communicates, that cares, that respects the differences in the personalities and adjust accordingly, that understands other people's point of views, that not only loves one another but also tries to find opportunities to express that love.?

  • What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
  • My favourite idea of holidaying is to go some country, make friends and live with the native people, speak their language, participate in their festivals and see the place through their eyes.??

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
  • Mrs India queen of substance gives married woman a platform to show not only to the women who are participating but also to the women who are not, that marriage is not a happy ending but a happy start of life, that women don't just exist but they live, that women can't be written off after a certain age and can fulfil their dreams and achieve success at any age at any time, that women can strike a perfect balance between her interests and the interests of her family and women can stretch herself beyond her family and contribute to the betterment of society.?And apart from that it's one of the things in my bucket list of 'things to do before I die' to walk on the ramp for a pageant.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • What bothers me most is not what is happening in the country today but what's not happening in the country today and that is the absence of any genuine ' Think Tank' that can think and take decisions on the most important issues like environment, economic development and safety of people specially of the women and for that I blame the people not the government because in democracy you get what you vote for. ?

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • True sportsmanship for me is being disinclined, devoted and dedicated towards your goal and being fair and generous in your conduct and others.

  • If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • If I was selected as a charity ambassador, I would want to help orphan girls to be able to have faith in themselves to achieve success in life, be to independent and confident and be physically, mentally and financially strong. I will visit orphanages and give motivating lectures.
