• A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.

I am an enthusiastic entrepreneur who has empowered more than 40 women. After completing my PG in banking operations I worked for 6 years in HSBC & ICICI bank and kept my creative fashion designs alive along the side. But upon realising the damage we do to our environment in the name of convenience I decided to reduce carbon footprint by eco conscious lifestyle, generate employment through my own firm & help people build better living standards in harmony with nature. I am a free spirited who likes to take challenges. I am empathetic, determined, disciplined, courageous and dynamic.

• Your Achievements that makes you feel high.

I won gold medal in regional chess and had played chess at National level I was 1st runner up of miss Kharghar 2015 I won global hearts award in my organisation (HSBC bank) for providing best customer service .Each quarter only one person is selected all over the world. I empowered more than 40 women and successfully generated meaningful employment and a means / source for them to earn livelihood. When I create a never before seen art I feel motivated to do more & this makes my everyday unique & keeps me high & wanting for more in life.

• Define the true beauty.

True beauty lies in being compassionate and helping others . Humanity is all about helping others to gain utmost joy and when we are happy we are beautiful.

• What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?

To support each other in good or bad times and help each other stay on right path & direction of one’s heart keeps a family happy and healthy. Taking self care and helping other members in family to be at their best is key for a happy & complete family.

• What is your favorite Idea of Holidaying?

Connecting with other people and to surround my self with nature and other living beings. Any where close to nature is my best holiday spot.

• Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?

MIQS gives opportunity to women to push their boundaries, focus more on herself and in turn become the best version of herself. I am aware of the power and positive influence I hold within myself. I am always keen to have new experiences & learn as much as I can in this life's journey. To experience such a journey where I get to learn from my peers and to spread awareness about an eco conscious lifestyle I opted MIQS. This is my opportunity to voice my thoughts, share my learnings with a greater mass and empower other women.

• What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?

The increased amounts of flood and other natural calamities bother me the most because it makes us (humans) feel so helpless. By each new year these calamities seem to take giant form than previous and many of us become homeless or refugees . In such times people struggle for their daily activities & basic needs.

• The Quote or saying that encourages you?

‘Veer tum badhe chalo, dheer tum badhe chalo’ = to keep going forward fearlessly

• What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?

True sportsmanship for me is to make a comeback after every fall and to make every step better than earlier while being fair and stay together by strengthening weaknesses of each other as it can help us achieve wonders as a team.

• If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?

I want to help differently abled to get equal respect and job opportunities. To close the gap spreading awareness is the need of hour. As a charity ambassador I would organise workshops to educate abled people to help them realise that its our duty to uplift these members of our society and treat them equally. I would provide training to differently abled as per their ability. I would Reach out different organizations and companies and help them create an opportunity based on the abilities of these members which will ensure less dependency and in turn will also boost their (DA) confidence.
