  • A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
  • I am a Deputy Collector in the Jharkhand Administrative Service, currently serving as Deputy Municipal Commissioner in Adityapur. My journey has taught me that true leadership lies in balancing strength with sensitivity. I am decisive in action, yet grounded in empathy. While my role demands firmness, my values come from family—respect, discipline, and integrity. I see myself as a leader who does not merely administer, but connects, protects, and uplifts. My personality is defined by quiet resilience and the courage to act when it matters most.

  • Your Achievements that make you feel high.
  • For me, achievement is not measured in titles, but in impact. Rescuing vulnerable girls from trafficking, leading relief efforts, and ensuring support during COVID define my journey. Being called “Lady Singham” reflects people’s trust in my courage and integrity. Awards are humbling, but my greatest achievement is knowing that my work has made lives safer, stronger, and more dignified.

  • Define the true beauty.
  • True beauty, for me, is the balance of strength, grace, and kindness. It is revealed not in comfort, but in adversity. History offers a powerful image in Rani Lakshmibai—facing defeat with poise, tying her child to her back and stepping into battle. In that moment, she was both warrior and mother—courageous yet compassionate. That is true beauty: to stand firm without losing gentleness, and to carry dignity even in uncertainty.

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • For me, a complete family supports you not only in strength, but in struggle. I married at 23, and despite expectations, my desire to build my identity remained. After nine years, failures, and a one-year-old child, I succeeded. Through doubts and judgments, my husband stood for me, and my in-laws supported me. Together, we rose above criticism. A true family holds you steady in weakness and lifts you in doubt. It does not limit your identity—it helps you discover it.

  • What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
  • My idea of a perfect holiday is not about travel, but about returning to people. The most meaningful holidays are when family comes together—sharing conversations and moments often lost in daily life. Because in the end, it is our loved ones who matter. The Bhagavad Gita reminds us that victory has no meaning if it costs us those we cherish. These moments give me balance, clarity, and purpose, reminding me that success is meaningful only when shared.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
  • I am here because this platform reflects my belief that a crown is not an ornament, but a responsibility. A queen with substance represents grace, integrity, and purpose. Beauty may define a princess, but a queen is defined by resilience and leadership. My journey—from rescue operations to grassroots governance—has taught me that strength is forged through perseverance. I aspire to amplify unheard voices and create “Circles of Courage” to empower women with awareness and self-belief. Because empowerment is not given—it is ignited and passed on.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • What concerns me most is the gap between the idea of women’s empowerment and its reality. While women are breaking barriers, many still struggle for safety and dignity. Laws create frameworks, but change begins at home—through equal upbringing of sons and daughters. Empowerment is not imitation; it is self-realisation. True empowerment is when a woman is aware, confident, and free to define herself.

  • The Quote or saying that encourages you?
  • The thought that guides me is: “Fear is innate, but retreat is optional.” Fear is natural, but what defines us is whether we move forward despite it. “??? ???? ?? ??? ????? ???, ?? ?? ??? ??? ?? ????? ???, ?? ??? ??? ?? ??? ???, ???????? ?????? ??? ????” These lines remind me to stay rooted in self-worth and dignity. Courage is not the absence of fear, but the decision to act with conviction.

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • True sportsmanship is when character rises above competition. In a race in Spain, Ivan Fernandez saw his competitor stop before the finish, thinking he had already won. Instead of overtaking, he guided him to victory. He chose fairness over winning. It is not about finishing first, but about the values you carry. Because victories are recorded, but integrity is remembered. It is not just about winning a race—it is about leaving behind a legacy.

  • If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • As a Charity Ambassador, I would focus on empowering women through awareness, dignity, and self-belief. The biggest limitation is not lack of strength, but lack of awareness. Many women endure injustice due to hesitation or ignorance of their rights. Empowerment begins within—“?? ?? ??? ???, ?? ????? ???.” I envision creating “Circles of Courage”—spaces for legal awareness and confidence-building. Because true empowerment is not just support—it is enabling a woman to stand, speak, and move forward with conviction.
