- A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
I am Kakoli Saha and am a software professional, working as a project manager for a multinational company. I have more than 15 years of experience working with many big companies in software field. Born and brought up in beautiful city of Joy Kolkata. Now settled in Silicon Valley, Bangalore with my husband, who is working in US based software multinational company. I am committed about my work. I am confident, determined, high ambitious, honest, and energetic. I always looking for an opportunity or challenges to do better and achieve greatness. I am passionate about beauty and glamour industries where I want to become a public figure along with name and fame. Always I would like to become inspirational personality specially for women, I believe if you have determination, passion, and hardworking ability then everything is possible in any stage of life, no matter from where you come and what is your status. A great personality makes everyone feel energized, just like a flowers fragrance that refresh ups the entire surrounding.
- Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
I am very ambitious girl from my childhood. Always I used to dream about my bright career where I would have name, fame, and popularity. I come from a middle-class family. Now where I am today which is all about my hard work and determinations. I believe if women are financially independent, she has the ability to live life on her own terms, no matter where you go in life or who you get married to. You have to be financial independent, with this mantra I achieved my successful career despite of many challenges, hurdles. I had to do many sacrifices in my life. One day I was nowhere to help myself or my family or others, but today I feel proud that I have the ability to take care of myself, my family, and people whom I love. I always help people who are not capable of fulfill basic needs of life, like good education, food, and shelters. I feel like I am making a difference, and that gives us purpose and meaning in life.
- Define the true beauty.
The beauty that grows from a life of giving of yourself to others will glow in your eyes and shine from your face. It can be thought of as a combination of qualities, such as confidence, poise, joy, patience, truthfulness, kindness, persistence, and loyalty. True beauty is attractive to those who value and seek it. To attract beautiful people into your life, live a beautiful life of giving and caring for others. The beauty of a woman isn't in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman isn't in a facial mole, but true beauty in a woman, is reflected by her soul. It's the caring that she cares to give, the passion that she shows.
- What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
Healthy families are loyal, supportive, and committed. We find it easy to trust one another with the details of their lives. We also share responsibilities and make decisions together and are there for you when you need them. Trust, love, support, meeting each other's needs, and feelings of belonging all serve as vital threads in the fabric of a family bond. In my opinion, the definition of healthy and happy family is not only restricted to the people who are in your blood relations, these all values should be in your personnel and professional surroundings all the time.
- What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
Holidays are a time when we can pursue hobbies, enjoy new sports or activities, and relax with beauty of nature. Moreover, spending a great and quality time with family and loved ones. I would like to spend my holiday by doing unplug from work and doing something memorable, spending time with family, friends, by enjoying and spending some time with myself.
- Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
I am proud to be a finalist of Mrs. India queen of Substance which is a great platform creates enormous opportunities for women which help us to build best version of ourselves. Beauty Pageants is a platform for showcasing the empowerment, diversity, talent, beauty, and creativity. It is not only just a beauty contest. It’s a right opportunity which is specially for women who can take part in pageants to utilize this platform to empower their dreams, courage, build strong image for society as well as inspirations for every woman in the society. It’s an enormous opportunity to prove yourself. Beauty pageants will provide name, fame and you can make yourself as public figure for society, despite the diverse professions you have. Winning such a prestigious title makes them public figure for society and people want to know more about them, where they come from, their life stories and this inspires several lives across the globe, if you win or lose the crown no matter, but what you will be learning throughout the day when you will be selected as finalist which will be a life time achievements.
- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
There are many things which are bothering me as I am an Indian. I would like describes couple of them below: Economy: People always think that India is developing. But it’s super slow, and economically it’s just getting polarized too much. The difference between rich and poor is just extreme. The GDPs do not give the ultimate proof that poverty is slowly decreasing. Corruption: In India, I could see lots more corruption in many fields, like medical system are corrupted that all we have seen in the Covid pandemic duration. In education filed without donations or bribes you will not find better opportunity for our child. Always we say that men and women are equal, but still I see a lot of corruption from our society when the opportunity comes. In many places we can see women are treating like only home maker and child maker machine, equal opportunities are not provided to them in many occasions.
- The Quote or saying that encourages you?
“NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE- If you have believed and strong determination on yourself, then you can achieve anything what you would like to. Also, another quote has inspired me: “Don't give up”. If you failed many times, you learn from it and get up again and try the same again and again.
- What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
True sportsmanship for me is to learn teamwork, good attitude, fair play, respect for opponents, gracious behavior in winning or losing and self-control. Sportsmanship is another important life skill. These skills can help us to manage other parts of our lives, and help us develop into mature, respectful, and successful young adults.
- If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
Being a Charity Ambassador I would showcase enthusiasm, dedication, team working, communication and proactive skills. I would like to attend events to talk about our work and reach people to join hands for fund raising activities. I would like to encourage people by spreading an effective message on the cause of the charity and the results which going provide the great values to the society. Regardless of what role I apply to, I need to communicate with people both within a charity and externally and so I need to make sure my communications are top notch to create awareness. My goal should be serving the purpose of charity with utmost attention, so people can be benefited.
