  • A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
  • My name is Nataranjani Regupathi and I live in Chennai. I have completed masters inbiotech [Sweden], executive MBA and PG-MBA [Malaysia]. I am a dancer, yoga teacher and was a manager [personality development trainer] at SRMC-Porur. I believe in honesty and hard work and am an extremely fun, enthusiastic personality also a people’s person. I believe that our own health is the greatest gift we can give to our children [or family] and especially woman must take sincere efforts on that aspect to stay healthy. I am straightforward, own a sarcastic humor and have passion for organic farming.

  • You’re Achievements that makes you feel high.
  • My bharathanatyam arengetram in 2006 and the training that I gave to more than 8000 staffincluding students on personality development in Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher education and research. But beyond this, the toughest journey and times was my weight loss. Losing 13-15 kilos postpartum was incredibly challenging and that’s something I am genuinely proud of.

  • Define the true beauty.
  • Right from a child’s laughter to a mothers sacrifice and smile, beauty lies everywhere. A blooming flower, the sun that rises and that which gives hope to us every day,a heart that comes forward to help, having gratitude, the heart that never gives up, a person who treats people with respect is all beauty. But to me A person who doesn’t let outer circumstances affect them and he who strives hard to be himself in a world that is constantly trying to change them into someone else.. that’s where beauty lies.

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • A Family that is willing to forgive, forget and let go. And a family that won’t give up on each other no matter what. Irrespective of the number of people in the family, may it be less or more, A healthy and happy family is the commitment they have and the unconditional love that grows day by day.

  • What is your favorite Idea of Holidaying?
  • Currently my idea of holidaying is two days or even a few hours by myself to the nearest beach, cafe or resort with my favorite movie, or a book also not far from my daughter provided knowing that she is being taken care of really well by my family.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs. India Queen of Substance?
  • Because it has been my dream since I was 20 years old. I was deep in to academics and working that eventually didn’t think about it. But now I think is the best time since I feel lot more mature and also I want to stand an example for all woman who are homemakers who aspire to be something that confidence, uniqueness, and grit can take you places.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • We are destroying nature and we are not realizing it. Plastic pollution, unsustainable lifestyle, contributing to greenhouse gas, improper waste management and the amount of trees that are being cut in a year are all way more hazardous than we think. If we don’t wake up today then we will leave nothing for our children or the future generation in this planet and a day will come where they would have to buy oxygen to even survive.

  • “The secret to our future lies in our daily routine” and “You are what you do not what you say you will do”

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • Keeping up the spirits,being present and enjoying the whole process of the game despite the result, and also doing the right things even when no one’s watching is a true reflection of the character of good sportsmanship.

  • If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • If I were to be given such a platform, my reach would be way more than what it would be if I were to do it by myself. We have a moral responsibility to give back to the world when we have been trusted with a title, and on that context I will work hard and strive to bring in more awareness from the society not just nationwide but also on an international level so that we can help the woman and children for their education and health and also achieve their little dreams come true too.
