Dr. Priyanka Solanki
- A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
I have the ability to strike the right balance between being edgy, competitive helpful and friendly. I am a firm lady with strong determination who will not sit with ease without achieving the aim or the target in hand. I find myself as an achiever. I am happy to go lucky energetic, peppy vivacious enthusiastic full of love life and feminism.
- Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
I have topped my BHMS in III year I got 90% in my 3rd and 4th Semester in post-graduation, which was a record across the nation in my batch. I have lost 14 Kgs post pregnancy in one year. All my articles were published in major newspaper across the city while I was just 6 years.
- Define the true beauty.
It is the soul which infuses hope and confidence to whoever it meets. It is selfless and pure & pious and which can transport you to some other world by mere its presence. It lingers in your mind even when that person is gone.
- What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
House filled with endless dining table conversation. A family filled with giggles, smiles and laughter all over is the best family. A family which come up with new ideas to be happier and strive together to achieve them. A family which have the place for all with love and respect is the perfect family.
- What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
I like to go to new places and meet new people. Also, I am a very spiritual person, whenever I am breaking away from the routine and holiday, I embrace the beauty of nature and try to establish a connection between nature and me. As said all work and no play makes jack a dull boy similarly holidays are the protein and vitamins of joy for a body. Also, I have a unique habit of bringing spices for the places I visit – I call it the best souvenir.
- Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
Mrs India queen of substance is national pride and is also a platform where I can showcase gracefully the beauty of womanhood. I want to represent all the married women especially mothers and want to give a message to all the lovely ladies to rise and shine with honor and elegance. From this platform, I want to voice out that don't kill your inner child full of aims and aspirations. Getting married and becoming a mother is not the end of being a woman instead it is a start of the new journey. It gives you strength to bring the craziest transformation in yourself and your family in a positive manner, so my dear ladies stay positive and stay opinionated
- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
Lack of acknowledgement to artists and sportsperson in our country. India is a land of such a rich heritage of art and culture. Complete ignorance towards non-academicals performance is pushing our own talented artists and sports personality in darkness. My heart weeps for the players and artists of the nation.
- The Quote or saying that encourages you?
“With great power comes great responsibility.†When I topped the 3rd year of my graduation I was unanimously chosen to represent my college in university and this happened when I was studying for my BHMS from a small town of Maharashtra – Gondia. Hardly did I know that a huge delegation of British homoeopathy doctors was scheduled to visit our college immediately after my election as UR. I was aware that this event was no small thing, it was real big deal to get all these intellectuals from west to a small town like Gondia. I had to run from pillar to post to get this event in shape, call it police permission for foreign, or arranging a seminar for the budding doctors with the senior most faculties in the world. I could do all this important thing for my community of students because of the power vested in me as University Representative. This firmed my belief that every event has a purpose and each power should be exercised responsibly.
- What is true “Sportsmanship†for you?
When great scorer comes to writes against your name he marks not whether you won or lost but how you played the game, any competition fought with honesty and discipline and with due respect to competitor increase the beauty of the games many folds. Accept the failure with the lesson learnt, and strive hard for improving next time and if won embrace the success with humility without letting the success entering into my head which might make me egoistic, arrogant and inhibit me from learning and upgrading my own version of Priyanka which will outcast me for further competition and make me redundant in future. Whenever I enter into the competition I compete without any expectation giving my best.
