- A brief about yourself and how you describe your own personality and persona.
In my perception, I am a driven and passionate woman who is very empathetic and has a strong passion for helping people. After serving as a corporate leader for over two decades, I have established my professional career in the healthcare sector with a promise that I will work with integrity and dedication. I believe my story becomes one of resilience when every challenge in my life becomes a lesson to learn, grow, and help others down the road. I am also a mother and a wife, roles that I take pride in and appreciate as a beautiful reminder of how these relationships define the woman that I am now. If there is one thing that I would say about my persona is that it is built around resilience — to adapt, persevere, and help others through my deeds.
- Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
There are several achievements in my life that fill me with immense pride, each representing not just milestones, but the passion, hard work, and resilience that have shaped me. As a women leader, being able to mentor and influence people globally and recognized with a global award for my contributions has been one of the most humbling experiences of my life. Knowing that my leadership has truly made a difference in people's lives and helped them find their voices and chase their dreams is empowering in itself. However, nothing compares to the sense of pride I feel as a mother. Raising a 14-year-old daughter, who inspires me every day with her courage, kindness, and ambition, is the achievement that makes my heart swell with the deepest joy and completes me as a woman, a creator and a nurturer. Balancing my career and motherhood has been both challenging and deeply rewarding, shaping me into the strong, resilient woman I am today.
- Define the true beauty.
True beauty transcends outward appearance, and can be defined as the strength, kindness, and compassion that radiates from within. It is the ability to embrace imperfections and flaws with grace and confidence, knowing that they are part of our unique story. For me, real beauty is living with purpose — leading by example and making a positive impact in the lives of others. It's about a legacy of love, strength, and grace that will outlive time.
- What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
For me, a complete, healthy, and happy family is built on a foundation of love, trust, and respect. It’s about creating a space where each member feels valued, supported, heard and celebrated. It’s the little moments of togetherness that make a family truly special – whether it’s sharing laughter around the dinner table, comforting one another in tough times, or celebrating each other’s successes. Ultimately, a truly happy family is not one defined by perfection, but by the unwavering love that binds it together, lifting each member through life's ebbs and flows. It’s the sanctuary where laughter is abundant, tears are met with comfort, and joy is found in the smallest of shared experiences.
- What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
For me, a beach holiday is where I can truly feel at home! I find true peace in the simplicity of a beach holiday. It’s a time to disconnect from the noise of the world, to immerse myself in the tranquil beauty of nature, and to nourish my soul with the quiet energy of the ocean. Whether I’m meditating by the shore, reading a book under the shade of a palm tree, or just watching the waves dance against the horizon, each moment becomes a gentle reminder to be present and aware of all the abundance that exits in the universe.

- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
What troubles me most about what is happening in the country today is the persistent and alarming issue of sexual and mental harassment, particularly against women, that continues to plague our society despite all the advancements and progress we claim to have made. In a time where we are striving for modernization, equality, and global recognition, it is disheartening to witness that women are still subjected to humiliation, violence, and harassment in broad daylight, often in spaces where they should feel safe — in workplaces, public transport, educational institutions, and even at home.
- The Quote or saying that encourages you?
One quote that truly resonates with me is, “A woman alone has power, together we have impact.” For me, it speaks to the quiet strength we each carry within, yet it also illuminates the extraordinary force that emerges when women unite. This quote fuels my belief that our collective voices and actions can transform the world, one woman at a time, and together, we are unstoppable.
- What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
For me, true "sportsmanship" is about much more than winning; it’s about resilience, respect, and playing the game with unwavering integrity. Success is not just a momentary achievement but an ongoing journey of self-discovery, hard work, and relentless dedication. True sportsmanship, to me, also means having the courage to face obstacles with grace, learning from every experience, and always playing with authenticity. It’s about celebrating every achievement, big or small, and realizing that the journey itself — the grit, the growth, and the camaraderie along the way — is just as valuable as the win. Lastly, true sportsmanship to me is understanding that failure is foundational!
- If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
If selected as a Charity Ambassador, the value I would bring to society would focus on creating a more tangible, sustainable approach to giving that goes beyond just financial donations. I believe true impact comes from empowering people — giving them not just resources, but the skills, knowledge, and confidence to change their own lives. My goal would be to build/ support programs that focus on real, long-term empowerment. For example, by providing vocational training, mentorship, and educational support, I would help individuals build the foundation to support themselves and their families, rather than just providing temporary relief. In essence, my vision for value addition is about creating sustainable change, where giving is rooted in empowerment, connection, and community-driven action — so that we are building not just better lives, but a better, more empowered society.
