• A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.

I am Shraddha Misri. By profession, I am a Software Engineer. By passion, I am a Bharatnatyam dancer. I believe life is canvas and we can paint it the way we want to. I think life is like a movie blended with every shade in it and I am the leading lady in this movie. For me, life indeed is the bed of roses. The only thing is that we should know how to deal with the thorns attached to it, and I am learning it. When I look at myself, I see how the tough situation has transformed me and I am becoming wiser to let go the feelings that trouble me. For the world I am Shraddha Misri, but for me I am Phoenix "risen from ashes".

• Your Achievements that makes you feel high.

I got the best employee from the client, and she appreciated my commitment and delivering the work on time in spite of being on planned leave. My name was displayed on a projector in the United Kingdom's office.

• Define the true beauty.

Beauty means to be kind to everyone around you, have a heart full of empathy and love, a human without humanity is a body without a soul. And the one who imbibes all these qualities is the most beautiful person in this whole universe.

• What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?

Family where we do things out of love, not out of fear. When we are able to understand each other's point of view rather than forcing ours. When we are able to understand all the fingers in a hand are not similar, they still stay together. That defines a happy and healthy family.

• What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?

Staying close to nature, as it helps you to connect with your inner invisible being which you many times forget, while dealing with the outer world

• Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?

I always want to do something for the weaker section of society, although I am contributing, but that is not enough. I want to reach out to as many people as I can. I have an idea, but I don't know how to execute it. With this pageant, I will get a chance to connect with people and listen to them and help them accordingly.

• What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?

More and more citizens, moving abroad, setting up there and becoming NRI.

• What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?

The one who can celebrate the opponent's victory.

• If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?

I am the one who believes that the more you contribute to nurture society, the more you become content and happy. I will do my best in my reach to nurture society and help the weaker section to grow and find ways to colour their canvas with the beautiful colours they want to. As it is my dream to serve humanity, I know I will put my heart in to contribute the best of mine.
