Anushka Dani Dhingra

  • Delhi
  • A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
  • I am Anushka Dani Dhingra, a 41-year-old happily married, fitness enthusiast. I started my career as a cabin crew and resigned after 9 years as an audit crew. The arrival of my son unleashed the creative side in me, and I substituted flying with opening my own traditional wedding studio. Post corona pandemic I completely immersed myself in attaining certification for myriad fitness programs including CPT, YTC, Pilates, aerial and bungee. Currently I am running my own fitness studio whose only vision is to make everyone and especially women love themselves a little more. Personally, I feel I am an altruist who thrive on spreading smiles and seeing my efforts make positive difference in someone else’s life. I feel most content and at harmony when I see women prioritise themselves. I am open to learning new information and experiences. In a nutshell I am not a noun but a verb, I love doing things and activities and staying busy. Since I am giver, I am extremely close to my family who make me one by replenishing my cup at the end of the day.

  • Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
  • For me inner accomplishment is more important that the outer achievement and hence I feel most content when I can make a positive difference in the lives of people. In the light of the above I think achievement that makes me feel high is my fitness studio ‘Sweat and Stretch ‘that has now successfully completed one fulfilling year. My current profile allows me to use my knowledge, experience, and love of fitness in helping and enriching the lives of people. I feel highest and on top of the world when I see confidence radiating from my peoples face as their body changes and they seem more peaceful and in love with themselves as they reach their goals.

  • Define the true beauty.
  • Beauty is a personal concept. It is dynamic and the idea of it keeps evolving with us. Some find beauty in symmetrical faces while for some it is the inner beauty of kindness and compassion. For me true beauty is a blend of physical, emotional, and intellectual elements. Anything that resonates with our senses and perception is beauty. Something that attracts us in the name of beauty creates a sense of harmony and balance. I find that balance sometimes in art other times nature and most of the times in human relationships. What attracts me the most is the resilience of the human spirit during challenging times.

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • Today’s globally and socially connected world is full of chaos and uncertainties. Amongst all this Family is the only safe haven and it becomes happy and healthy when there is communication without filter, compassion unconditional and care with balance. A family is complete for everyone who doesn’t feel left out both emotionally and in decision making and gets equal opportunities. A healthy family keeps you rooted not bounded and is a cheerleader for each of its member irrespective of age and gender.

  • What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
  • I believe my favourite idea of holidaying is one that combines relaxation and discovery. Destination for me is not that important, I crave for places that are serene and can help me unwind and have fun with people I care about while creating long lasting memories. A holiday that gives me chance to put my feet up, soak up the local culture and discover myself more while giving me a break from my busy regular routine is a perfect one for me

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
  • The platform Mrs India Queen of Substance promotes empowerment. It fades the full stop that follows the title Mrs. By celebrating married women and their multiple talents, contributions inside of their marriage and as an individual. Personally, it gives me an opportunity to connect with likeminded, goal driven, gorgeous inspiring women. I am here to learn a thing or two from this phenomenal team and then be able to aspire more women out there to love themselves a little more and give themselves a little more credit for their physical and inner beauty. Every woman needs a woman who thinks she is a big deal and I want to be that woman for all the ladies around me.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • India needs several changes at present. How ever personally Corruption and Pollution are the two main issue that tops the charts and need to be immediately tackled. Corruption is the most widely spread endemic. Every branch of every sector is affected by this disease and its side effects are widespread to every area including education and healthcare. Pollution in the other hand is single handedly responsible for clogged lungs and lethargic minds and bodies. Personally, my parents are hopping places just to avail the bare minimum necessity of clean air. I am afraid many other affected who may not be able to afford that May lose the sense of belonging to our nation.

  • The Quote or saying that encourages you?
  • “The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be ... by Ralph Waldo”.

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • Life is hardly smooth for anyone. We all have stories of setbacks, irreversible mistakes, and failures. More often we find ourselves at crossroads that looks like a dead end that’s where rather it’s necessary to take part in the game. Sportsmanship for me is a way of life. It’s more important to win the battle we fight inside with discipline and keeping the spirits high. The most essential part of sportsmanship is respect. Respect for yourself, teammates and even opponents and playing the game with all honesty. It’s only important to move, learn and discover new chapters of life than to come conquer and rest.
