Nikhila Vengala

  • Hyderabad
  • A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
  • Researcher, dancer, sportsperson, budding social media influencer, pharmacist, communication specialist and public relations professional, I'm a mother who juggles all the roles with a fierce determination to succeed. I have been a skilled researcher with 7 articles published nationally and internationally. Besides, dance was embedded in my DNA, and I gave my very first performance at the tender age of 4. I'm thankful to my mother, who taught me this art form and encouraged me to perform on various platforms. I'm a creatively charged person who utilizes my precious time to pursue not only my career but also my passion.

  • Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
  • I still remember when I received my first award on a National stage for the performance. On the career front, I stood first for presenting my research in the field of medicine at various National conferences. I have been awarded a Star Performer by my current company and featured as "SheRose". On a personal note, my biggest achievement was when I held my little one's hand for the very first time. Motherhood is so precious. Currently, I'm enjoying every moment of it.

  • Define the true beauty.
  • I believe beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. All it matters is how confidently one can carry themselves and embrace how they are. A beautiful smile on the face with grace is the added cherry on top of our beauty. Whether zero or plus sizes, we need to embrace how we are. That gives us true beauty from within.

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • In my opinion, a happy time is quality time with my family. The moments from capturing the naughtiness of my little one to having a heartful chat with my loved one are the most precious time to spend. Family is the group where you feel valued and cared for.

  • What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
  • I'm not a party person; I would love to stay at home. My favourite holidaying idea is to relax on a wonderful day with family, spend time with friends and have quality time for myself.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
  • I found this a great platform for women to push themselves to be confident and create their own identities. Most women might feel underconfident in presenting themselves in a beauty pageant, especially after marriage, with the fear of being judged. Such platforms help boost their faith and present themselves for whom they are. I'm in no way exceptional to his. Besides, my interest in being recognized for who I'm on a known stage created the interest to participate in this competition.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • Without any second thought, "corruption" and "poverty". Nowadays, everything works only with money. There are so many circumstances where we have to bribe the other person to get our work faster. Poverty is another concern, as in our country, the Rich grows richer, and the underprivileged remain the same.

  • The Quote or saying that encourages you?
  • "Live the Life of Your Dreams. When you start living the life of your dreams, there will always be obstacles, doubters, mistakes and setbacks along the way. But with hard work, perseverance and self-belief, there is no limit to what you can achieve." - Roy T. Bennett.

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • Win and lose are part of any sport. True sportsmanship for me is to have that spirit to accept the win and defeat equally. A competitive and sportive mindset is very important to push oneself to the future rather than being stuck in the present failure.

  • If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • As a Charity Ambassador, my primary goal would be to positively impact Society and contribute to its betterment. I would personally work towards child development, sustainable empowerment for underprivileged women, and a better quality of life for elderly people to create a more equitable and compassionate society for all.
