My name is Shashi Adhikari. I am 33 years old. I was born and brought-up in Lucknow and got married in Uttarakhand.I am a proud wife of supportive and motivating husband who works in Sweden basedMNC Noida and have been married since 5 years. I have done Bachelor in Pharmacyand working in pharmaceutical company Ghaziabad. My hobbies includes dancing and travelling because it makes me super happy. I am simple, honest, fun loving and optimist person. I strongly believe in hard work as I feel if a person will do hard work with strong determination they will definitely get the success.

• You’re Achievements that makes you feel high.

My achievement which makes me feel high are when I got the chairmen annual award in category of transformer of the year and quarterly award for my work at my workplace.These things alwaysmotivate and encourage me for better learning and good work.

• What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?

For me sharing, helping, caring and supporting each other with full of love end respect makes a complete, healthy end happy family.

• What is your favorite Idea of Holidaying?

My idea of holidaying is to be spent quality time with my family and friends near to beautiful mountains and rivers side where we can enjoy at the fullest without any tension and disturbance.

• Why you are participating in Mrs. India Queen of Substance?

I am participating in this beauty pageant because I want to live my childhood dream. Since childhood I had a dream that I have to participate in one of the beauty pageant and showcase my talent andpotential so this is the right platform for me, even every married women who think that they can do nothing.

• What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?

Domestic violence,Acid attack and sexual abuse rates are increasing day by day in India even a small girl child is not safe so women safety is more important and these things bother me most.

• What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?

According to me true sportsmanship is having the qualities ofintegrity, respect ,fairness and polite behaviourto other player.

• If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?

I would like to do women empowerment by educating them specially in rural areas so that they become independentand make their own decision, they can raise their voice against any domestic violence also they can express their views,thoughts in front of society.So I will educate and provide awareness training or presentation toall women and girls to take right decision for their betterment.I will encourage them for jobs, higher education and business activities.If they will educate they can educate their children too and if the women of our society will educate our nation will be developed.
