I am Mrs Chhaya khutal, 39 yrs of age, a beautiful creation of God who has faith n believes in herself. A confident woman who plays integral role in this universe as a daughter, wife n mother. As a mother in the sense she gives birth to the finest creation of God ‘Humanbeing’. A woman who is a perfect personification of love n compassion who makes life comfortable n happier than it really is and depicts the character of salt whose presence is not observed but her absence makes a lot of difference.
- Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
My greatest achievement is being a human being by the grace of God where in I have made up to this pageant by believing n having faith in myself and that I m just a few steps towards my success to make place in the final roaster of candidates.
- Define the true beauty.
Beauty to me means being beautiful in appearance as well as from within. A person who is loved, admired respected for his/ her morals, ethics n principles. Who lives with joy n inspires people around him/ her is a beautiful person for me.
- What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
A complete, healthy n happy family for me is where there is contentment, satisfaction, love, peace, appreciation for similarities n respect for differences amongst each other. A relationship which does not abide by promises, terms n conditions and where there is lots of trust n loyalty.
- What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
It can be anywhere in the town, village, city, State, national, international and last but not the least my own home where I m surrounded by my loved ones which is my comfort zone where I can listen to them n be there to enjoy my every minute with them.
- Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
As I m the perfect reflection of a person who can represent the city n country and as Beauty pageants are a celebration and means of giving honour to the beauty God has bestowed on us. To develop my self-esteem n confidence and also because it is a effective way to campaign for social awareness.
- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?

- What is true “Sportsmanship†for you?
As I have been an avid sportsperson, I don't believe in failure as failure is the stepping stone towards success. It's just another learning experience as success is just around the corner if one does not stop chasing it. A perfect example is a ball falling from height where even after falling it makes many attempts to rise high.
- If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
Serving victims of hunger n poverty by providing subsidised or cheap food. By serving the victims of sexual assault n domestic violence by spreading awareness n helplines for the same. Last but not the least, ensure that no senior citizens is left homeless n unsheltered.
