  • Brief About Yourself
  • My self Kanchan Khan, I am from Patna, Bihar. I have two sons, I was born in a middle class family, just after completion of +2, I got married in year 1999 but I can’t stop chasing my dream to be popular and stay fit. I have completed my graduation in Science and I like to do something different from other girls/women. So, I have chosen my carrier in the field of fitness. I started my carrier as an aerobics trainer and Gym Instructor, at present I am working as Head trainer of Fitness Studio Patna. My day starts at 4:30 AM and end at 8:30PM, I am taking continues classes of aerobics, weight training, functional training, Free hand exercises. My strength and weakness both are my family. I love music and swimming.

  • Your achievements that make you feel high?
  • Recently I won First place in a Marathon within recorded time. I am working in the field of fitness, which is known as a field of males but I have secured a good palace in this industry and people accepted my strength more than a male trainer around me. Other than me there is no other certified Lady as a Gym instructor in Bihar.

  • The true beauty is combination of fitness and internal beauty.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance.
  • To continue the example of common Indian woman’s belongs from remote location of country also may reach on the height of national level events. Locality in not concern in success if you have ability.

  • Again I like to be Kanchan Khan.

  • The Greatest wealth is Health.

  • How you will contribute towards the not so fortunate children & women of our society.
  • When we see around our society, we can find lot of poor children are not going to school due to financial problem. I am trying to motivate people’s around me for taking responsibility to educate the children’s of their maids, drivers, gardeners, who come to work at there home. They can also take responsibility to pay school fee for them. Apart of it, I like to provide a platform in which unlettered women’s can get to learn technical skills of making house hold requirement products, decorative items, ornaments and they should be financially independent to give education to their children. I am connected with a NGO Nai Dharti which is working for the slum area’s girls education and empowerment. At present Nai Dharti adopted 65 girl’s for education.
