The Three Rings of Strength

The Three Rings of Strength

Self-assurance, self-guidance, and self-love are linked like the rings of a chain — without one, the others cannot hold, and without all three, you cannot stand strong in any role, whether as a doctor, a patient, or a Mrs. India winner.

The Season of Hibernation

There was a point in my life when I went into complete hibernation — like a frog in the coldest winter. I hid from the world, from people, and even from my own reflection. I did not look into the mirror for four or five years, because what I saw there made me feel terrible inside.

It was not just my face that had changed — it was my spirit that had gone silent. I thought I would never come out of that hole.

The Awakening

One day, something shifted inside me. I told myself,

“Archana, you are being so miserly by not sharing your journey, even this hibernation, with the world. They need you more than you need your comfort. This is not the end of life — you have to rise, lead your life, and awaken others who are still asleep in their pain.”

“When your story wakes even one soul from its sleep, your pain finds its purpose.”

Following My Inner Compass

I started to self-guide myself — listening to my instincts, following them every single day, taking one step toward betterment and then another. Slowly, the mirror stopped being my enemy. Slowly, my beauty returned — not just on the outside, but in my smile, my expressions, and my spirit.

Finding Self-Love Again

When I gained my face back, I gained self-love. And that self-love became my shield. Today, I stand strong. I know storms may come — maybe even a big stroke — but I also know they will be weak in front of a person like me. Because if I fall, I can rise again.

“Strength is not the absence of storms, but the ability to bloom while they rage.”

Rooted in the Universe

It is important for every person to stand straight and strong. Do not let any storm throw you away. If it throws you down and you cannot stand again, then you were never truly rooted. But if you remain upright despite the strongest winds, it means your roots are deep in the truth of your existence.

Believe in the universe. Believe in nature. Believe in yourself. Because you are not apart from nature — you are nature. Nature heals everything, and so can you. Even an animal can heal itself by instinct — so a human, with greater wisdom, can heal even more.

The Final Alignment

The secret is to be stronger on the inside than the world is on the outside. When you are in alignment with the geometry of the earth and the universe, you can stand upright no matter what. And when you stand, you shine.

“When you stand tall in truth, the universe aligns its rhythm with yours — because you are already a part of its eternal strength.”
