Kshama

  • Kerala
  • A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
  • My name is Kshama Ravindra, born and raised in the coastal region bordering Karnataka and Kerala. I am a proud mother to a five-year-old son and a woman who embraces individuality and personal freedom. I see my life as a phoenix rising-each experience shaping me into who I am today. My journey has been one of self-discovery, breaking illusions, and evolving with every step. Patient and compassionate by nature, I value forgiveness and self-worth deeply. As a spiritual healer practicing tarot, Akashic reading, and mediumship, I believe my purpose is to guide others on a transformative journey from fear to freedom.

  • Your Achievements that make you feel high.
  • I am a spiritual person who believes true achievement lies in inner evolution rather than material success. My greatest accomplishment is becoming the highest version of myself through self-awareness, courage, and growth. Life, to me, is a journey of transformation where every experience becomes wisdom and every wound turns into healing for others. As a healer, I guide people to walk their own path, knowing this journey is part of a greater purpose. My strongest achievement is my deeply awakened intuition and the courage to shed illusions, embracing my authentic, fearless self. I no longer chase light-I choose to be the light.

  • Define the true beauty.
  • True beauty, to me, is living unapologetically without shrinking, with courage to express, and with deep empathy for others. It is a balance of physical and mental well-being, where growth is embraced without guilt, and mistakes become lessons. True beauty lies in being fearless, authentic, and kind, while nurturing unconditional love for humanity. It is about rising above negativity like greed, anger, and hatred, and choosing love as a way of life. More than appearance, true beauty is the energy we carry the ability to light up a room with sincerity, warmth, and compassion that stays with people long after we leave.

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • To me, a healthy and happy family is built on acceptance, love, and emotional safety, beyond just blood relations it's more of soul connection. It is a space where individuality is respected, and every member feels a deep sense of belonging. A true family nurtures both physical and emotional well-being through mindful habits, positive energy, and mutual care. Love is unconditional, and toxicity has no place. Open communication replaces fear, especially with children, where guidance is given with patience, not anger. A harmonious family uplifts each other, supports growth, and creates a safe, loving environment where every soul feels valued, respected, and free to be their authentic self.

  • What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
  • For me, holidaying is not just about travel, but about returning to my inner stillness. As a healer, I often absorb energies and emotions, which can lead to burnout. A true holiday is stepping away from that exchange and reconnecting with myself. I enjoy solitude dancing, singing, organizing, and creating a calm space that restores my energy. Being in nature, especially by the sea or in peaceful surroundings, helps me cleanse and recharge, allowing me to reconnect with my intuition. It is more of an emotional, mental, and spiritual reset than a physical escape. sometimes even dreaming freely brings deep healing.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
  • I am participating in Mrs. India Queen of Substance because I felt a deep inner calling to share my purpose on a larger platform. As a healer, my mission is to inspire others to reconnect with their truth, embrace their imperfections, and live fearlessly. For me, beauty goes beyond appearance it is about authenticity, resilience, and inner strength. This platform allows me to amplify that message and honor my journey. I also express myself through grooming and dance, which reflect confidence and joy. Mrs. India is not just a stage for me, but a space to empower others and radiate beauty with purpose.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • What concerns me most today is how fear continues to shape people’s thoughts, choices, and identities. Growing up around fear-based beliefs made it difficult to embrace freedom of expression and true understanding. When divisions are created in the name of religion or rigid systems, we forget our shared humanity. I believe it is time to move beyond fear and unlearn limiting beliefs that no longer serve us. As a healer, I envision a more compassionate and aware society where people connect beyond labels, with empathy and openness. True progress lies in inner awareness, unity, and creating a space where every individual feels free and valued.

  • The Quote or saying that encourages you?
  • The quote that inspires me is, “You didn’t come this far just to come this far.” It reminds me daily to keep going, even in moments of overwhelm. My journey has not been easy; growing up, I faced emotional challenges that shaped my strength and resilience. Those experiences led me toward healing and discovering my purpose. Whenever I feel like giving up, this quote grounds me and reminds me that every struggle has meaning. It encourages me to rise above circumstances, trust my journey, and continue evolving into my best self. For me, it is a powerful reminder to never quit and keep moving forward.

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • True sportsmanship, for me, is a reflection of inner strength, humility, and compassion. It is not about competing with others, but about how we show up in life’s challenges with grace in both winning and losing. It means respecting every individual’s journey, just as a healer honors each person’s pace without judgment. Like an athlete, it requires discipline, consistency, and faith beyond results. True sportsmanship is staying grounded, responding with calm wisdom, and remaining aligned with truth even when no one is watching. It is also celebrating others’ growth with genuine joy, making encouragement and kindness the highest form of victory.

  • If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • As a charity ambassador, I aim to create meaningful impact by building communities that go beyond campaigns. Through my initiative, “ The Inner Freedom Movement,” I help individuals heal from within, break generational patterns, and rediscover their sense of belonging. I believe true change begins at the root ,when one person heals, it influences future generations. By encouraging emotional healing and self-awareness, I strive to create safe, compassionate spaces. My vision is to transform fear into strength and lead with love, which at a higher level can contribute to harmony in society and even inspire peace in a world facing conflict and division.
