Earlier Lipika Das and now Lipika Jatin Kaushik, recently got married, is an Assistant Manager HR at Vibgyor High International for last two years. Birthplace is Bhopal and workplace is Vadodara. Post Graduated from MSU Baroda with a degree in Industrial Psychology, HRD and Labor Law. Zealous Dancer, learned through snooping. Music Lover. Fanatical in creative art, sports, gardening and social work. Ambivert in nature. Believes in “As you sow, so you reapâ€. Energized with challenges, problems and adventures. Can bring order to Chaos. Easy to talk & share and a good listener. Holds good sense of humor. Mischievous.
- Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
Awarded for being all rounder in School and Collegiate level, interviewed by press for the same. Followed the path of patience and hard work to fulfill my dream of driving my own car and became a proud owner of one in 2014.
- Define the true beauty.
When a mother suffers the pain and awful bodily changes for nine months and still she manages to smile, is the true beauty. When an acid sufferer’s belief to stand over all the odds of the society and walks on ramp is the true beauty.
- What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
A gala evening. Three generation sitting together with tea or coffee and snacks in the garden. Laughs, giggles all around. Remembering old beautiful days. Discussing and sharing things. Kids playing around accompanied with moms and dads too. Pets running behind them. This is a compact picture of healthy, complete and happy family.
- What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
Visiting my village, getting in touch with the roots. Appreciating the changes happened in past years and feeling proud that you made a small attempt to make those changes. Breathing in fresh air and eating the food made by your granny is a perfect idea of holidaying.
- Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
It was a dream (a mad one) in corner of my heart to be crowned as Miss India but because of the circumstances never got a chance to reach there. So dreamt again to build up a career, earn, get married and will apply for Mrs. India. Much prestigious than Ms. India as now I am representing two family names with me and making them proud as well.
- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
Security is the only concern for me from all the times till now. Be it’s a girl’s security or for people of a state or a region because if you won’t feel free and safe, you will never be able to live happily.

- What is true “Sportsmanship†for you?
Winning is not everything but helping your co player to rise again and fight back to you only is the ideal meaning of True Sportsmanship.
- If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
Wants to work for the betterment of under privileged children, providing them a standard of living with a focus on their education as I have a soft corner for such children and currently doing the same work in bits and pieces. Also, I won’t disclose my name while doing the charity as it’s a core rule of doing a charity i.e. your left hand should not know that your right hand has helped someone.
