This is Mrs. VineetaDhanani hailing from the city of Ranchi. I would like to describe myself as a person who believes that you can learn from all experiences in life. It is not by chance, but by choice that I want to explore diverse aspects of life and so stand here as a contestant. I take pride in my professional role as an educationist,my domestic role as a doting wife and loving mother and my social role as a motivator to many women & girls in the process of life. I also believe that we, as evolved species of this universe, should definitelyaspire and take efforts to leave this world a little better than what it is by constantly trying to bring in positive revolutions. I am an individual who believes that dedication, sincerity and perseverance can go a long way to realize your goals in life. I take life as it comes and accept what it has to offer. Moving on and adapting successfully is one motto I believe in.

  • Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
  • For me achievements are not only academic or professional. I would like to share that my feel good factor started very early in life when I did anything that made my family smile a little more. My personal achievements that made me feel elated are many, first being , my marriage, cause I believe that if you find someone who is a perfect companion and lives your dream with you ,you are indeed blessed.Secondly becoming a mother sort of completed me and I was amazed at the strength and power of a woman’s body to recreate a soul. What an amazing quality! I speak for all women here, we are indeed an epitome of strength, compassion and power.
As for my academics achievements, I have taken pride in all the stations of life with good results throughout and the certificates and shields handed over to me for sports and dramatics have boosted me throughout to perform even better. Professionally I was on top of this world when I got the opportunity to teach young minds and bagged a job in a very renowned school of my city which is my Alma Mater too.I stand elected as the Vice-President of the Alumini of my school too. Leading a school and becoming a Principal was another step that made me feel that we can all do it, if we but try! Having being awarded by the VidyaRatna award by the Mayor of Ranchi on 8th March 2017(International Women's Day) further enhanced my confidence.

  • Define the true beauty.
  • True beauty is for me not just skin deep. Beauty is a blend of many attributes like a good and healthy mind, body and heart that has compassion and sympathy. Without a blend it is incomplete. Your inner beauty reflects in your outer appearance too. You are beautiful because you are confident, charming, humane and learned. So it is all a concoction.

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • A family that has respect and love for all members residing in it is a complete healthy and happy family. We undoubtedly take care of the physical health of our family members, but it is very important to nurture the mental and spiritual health of all members in a family. Family members may be of different age groups, so it is very important to take care of the needs whether it is physical, mental or spiritual according to the age factor. Dreams, aspirations and interest vary accordingly and when all members have respect for all of this, for one another, the family in true sense is complete, healthy and happy.

  • What is your favorite Idea of Holidaying?
  • Holiday for me should be invigorating, adventurous and at the same time relaxing. You take holidays to move out from the daily regime and do things that you are fond of. I love traveling, so I travel when ever I can. I love seeing new places, their culture and enjoy the feeling that this gives me. It makes me think that every one out there has a life so different from the rest and yet all are so content and absorbed in their own culture that gives them their own unique style. I love to see different places and aspects of the world with my family. It’s a great way to spend quality time with them and together learn and enrich your experiences too.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Queen of Substance?
  • “ A ROLLING STONE GATHERS NO MOSS”. This is indeed a famous one liner. Trying out different things gives you energy and boosts up your sprit. I wanted to do something different at this stage of life after completing my initial duties that were as much important at the earlier stages of life. Next, Mrs. India is a title that can be used for such vast accomplishments when it comes to social agendas. When you are famous, loved and appreciated by people they follow you a bit more and they also tend to listen to you a little harder. As the title says” Queen of Substance” it may indeed motivate and inspire so many women who have it all, but are still inside their shells. This is a great platform to make a revolution for our nation.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • Our Country is plagued by a plethora of issues that are disturbing. One such issue that indeed bothers me is “CORRUPTION”. By corruption I don’t only mean the financial corruption that is so rampant in our country, I use this word for corruption in the field of money, mind and ideals. Financial corruption in our country has paralysed the whole system of the economy. People have shifted their energy in making more money irrespective of honest and dishonest ways. Social corruption can be seen in the form of gender inequality, casteism and disharmony amongst various religious group. 71years of independence!!! Isn’t it time for us to look into ourselves honestly and ask ourselves What are we doing? What have we achieved?? This definitely bothers me.

  • The Quote or saying that encourages you?
  • “THAT SOME ACHIEVE GREAT SUCCESS IS PROOF TO ALL THAT OTHERS CAN ACHIEVE IT AS WELL”.-Abraham Lincoln.
This is one quote that I have lived by. Such powerful words that inspire you! These lines tell us that all of us have the ability to shine, and all we need to do is to get determined and follow with sincerity the path that leads to our goal.

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • A “true sportsman” is someone who actually focuses on his/ her strength and gives it all when it comes to participation. He / She participates in any event relying on his /her strengths and hard work rather than wishing that someone else’s weaknesses gave them the winning edge. It also means playing the game honestly, within rules and in the process if the laurels are not achieved by you, acknowledge the fact, that the other person deserved it better.

  • If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • Being selected as a Charity ambassador would be an honour for me. Seeing to the social needs, I will try to perform various activities as needed. All organizations need acknowledgement, help and support financially and mentally to support a cause. I could arrange fund raising programs, make people aware of the importance of the work done by the organization to get their support and be an icon for many to follow in the same lines.
