I chose Mrs. India Queen of substance because it is India’s most dignified beauty pageant for married woman. Understanding its importance, I certainly believe it will give me the opportunity to fulfil my dreams and a powerful platform to communicate and educate a bigger audience to bring about a change in India and the world.
- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
I would rather say, I see India and Indians progressing, be it #Metoo movement, LGBT or other woman safety moments, people have started realizing the power of voice especially with the booming of social media. However, with the access to everything so easily comes the greater concern of false acquisition and the list goes on. It might eventually limit us to the hyped news taking away focus from the deeper issues.
